Online bookings

For bookings made online we require 50% deposit at the time of booking with balance due on arrival.

We accept payments by cash, PayPal, and the following cards: Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express.

There is a surcharge of 5% for payments by PayPal and a Credit card fee of 3.5%.

Direct bookings

Bookings may be made directly with us.

All rates quoted are for double occupancy.

US$30 additional charge per day for a third person in room.

Minimum Stay

Regular: 5 days

During the two week Christmas Holiday period: 7 days

Refund policy

Refund policy from November 1 to May 1: No refund for cancellations during the season. We will give you a credit for another date during the season or if we are able to get a new booking for the same dates last minute.

The two weeks of Christmas Holiday are non-refundable.

Prior to 60 Days: 100% refund less US$50 cancellation fee.

Deposit is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.

If you think you may need to cancel, please contact us. We will gladly try to reschedule your reservation. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Check-In 4:PM / Check-Out 10:AM

But we are flexible. We will do our best to accommodate your travel schedule.

All prices are quoted in $US. Please add Mexican Iva tax to all prices. (16% service + 3% room tax)
