Bookings

Our season is aligned to the windy season from November 1 to May 1. Please use the contact form to book with us directly.

Deposit

For all bookings we require 50% deposit at the time of booking with balance due on arrival.

We accept payments by cash, PayPal, and major credit cards.

There is a surcharge of 5% for payments by PayPal and a Credit card fee of 3.5%.

Occupancy

Most rates quoted are for double occupancy per room.

An additional charge per day may apply for more than 2 people per room.

Minimum Stay

Minimum stay is 5 nights and 7 nights during US Thanksgiving and the Christmas Holiday period.

High Season

High Season comprises American Thanksgiving Week and the Christmas Holiday
Nov 18-26 2023 and Dec 22 2023 – Jan 7 2024

Refund policy

We have a no refund policy for cancellations. As our season is very short, it is likely we have declined other guests to guarantee your reservation.

If you think you may need to cancel, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you.

In the event of a booking reduction after the arrival date, the full cost of the booking will be charged.

A fee of $50 USD will be charged on all cancelations.

Check-In 4:PM / Check-Out 10:AM

But we are flexible. We will do our best to accommodate your travel schedule.

All prices are quoted in $US. Please add Mexican Iva tax to all prices. (16% service + 3% room tax)
